As per the trusted reports, an automaker from China, BYD, backed by Warren Buffett, sold a fewer, all-electric passenger car in the first six months of the year 2021, as compared to what it sold in the year 2019, during the same time period, before the pandemic.
As compared to the year ago, there has been a fall in the China’s passenger car vehicles by 14.9% since the previous year, as stated by the China Association of Automobile manufacturers on Monday. The vehicle sales are likely to be declined to 1.93 million units in June, which is a 16.3% decline as compared to the previous year, and down by 9.5% from the previous month.
However, the figures state that the China’s figures of electric have raised over the last two years. The company announced that they shipped 100 all-electric car to Norway and the first batch is set for its delivery by the end of 2021.
