In a series of smart lighting improvements today, Signify introduced a new Philips Hue Tap dial switch, a portable Hue Go lamp, and completely configurable track lighting. The Hue Tap dial switch (€49/$49) controls lighting with a turn of the dial and is available in matte black or white. The quicker you crank it, the brighter or darker your lights get. It has four buttons that allow you to manage sceneries in up to three different rooms or zones in your house.
It may run for up to 48 hours before requiring recharging in the charging base. You may choose from a variety of preset light scenarios by pressing a button. The Tap dial is already available, however the Go table light will not be available until the summer. Perifo track lighting is priced differently depending on the configuration and will be available at the end of the summer.
