Last year, when Samsung released optional S Pen peripherals for its greatest Android phones, many people felt the absence of the Galaxy Note series. However, in the future Galaxy Unpacked event in February 2022, the firm is teasing a comeback of sorts. Samsung is expected to unveil its top Galaxy S22 series at this event. Dr. TM Roh, Samsung president and head of MX Business, reveals some of the things we may expect from the debut in a blog post.
He begins by remembering about the Galaxy Note series, which debuted in 2011 and kicked off the trend of ever-larger displays. He goes on to express his sympathies to fans who were hoping for a Galaxy Note 20 successor last year, saying, “We haven’t forgotten about these experiences you adore.” Roh claims that Samsung will unveil the most notable S series handset at Galaxy Unpacked in February, while staying tight-lipped about the specifics.
It also has a new dual-core NPU for better mobile photography, which could give it an advantage over the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip, which is its main competitor. With all of the buzz around the Galaxy Note and the S-series, we should expect the Galaxy S22 Ultra, which has a S Pen, to be introduced as the Note series’ successor. Like said, we’ve explained why combining the Galaxy Note and S series smartphones makes sense, and it appears that the decision has been made.
