Hospice Source has bought Respiratory Therapy Home Care in the city of Bellflower, Calif, for a sustainable medical equipment firm. In the last five years, this is the 14th purchase of the corporation. Financial conditions have not been revealed.
Dallas-based Transition Capital Partners, a family-based private investment corporation started in 1993, is a portfolio business of Hospice Source. Patterson Thomas Family Office is a partner of the company. In numerous states, Hospice Source works in 62 sites.is dedicated to providing its hospice partners with tremendous attention,” remarked Jeff West, CEO of Hospice Source. “We can expand this enthusiasm for service to a wider range of Southern California hospice patients and hospice partners with the purchase of RTHC. They look after their hospice partners and patients like we do on a daily basis,” said Hospice News Marketing & Communications Director Clay Hooten, Hospice Source. “This kind of coherence is precious to us.”According to the California Nationwide Hospice and Palliative Care Organization, California’s hospice use among Medicare decedents was up 46.1 percent during 2018 compared to a national average of just over 50%. Utah is 60.5% most commonly used in the country.
