Hospice Source has bought Respiratory Therapy Home Care in the city of Bellflower, Calif, for a sustainable medical equipment firm. In the last five years, this is the 14th purchase of the corporation. Financial conditions have not been revealed.
Dallas-based Transition Capital Partners, a family-based private investment corporation started in 1993, is a portfolio business of Hospice Source. Patterson Thomas Family Office is a partner of the company.
