As the state has reached the milestone of getting half the population to receive a Covid-19 vaccine, the Arizona public health officials reported 625 new cases on Thursday, and no further deaths were reported from the virus.
The total was recorded to be 898,908 infections and 18,003 deaths, according to the Arizona Department of Health Services’ Covid-19 Dashboard. So the death count truly went down, but it was reported to be one a day earlier.The dashboard also showed that a total number of 6,590,483 vaccine doses were directed in the state, with 3,594,004 people, i.e., 50% of the state’s population having at least one shot 3,186,689 people being fully vaccinated.
